No worries I’ve just made the logo a bit smaller and it ok now.

Oh just noticed, the menu section doesn’t come up on the mobile version now, its just the big logo at the top. Could I get any help with that?

It’s just much smaller than it used to be, so the wording is harder to see and doesn’t look as good.
Even when I upload a larger image it just goes to the default size and won’t let me have it any larger.

I’ve managed to sort out the menu, so it’s now viewable in mobile view, however the black banner still covers the logo image, anyway to sort this?

I can not see how to add a photo to this feed.
My first issue is that on my shop page, the information shown is inconsistent, some products will show the featured photo, title and add to cart or select option, whilst others will show this and the price as well. Ideally I’d like the price to be shown on my shop page. so some listings will show the price and some will not, but I have uploaded them in the same way.

My second issue is that when I am adding products to the shop, sometimes I choose to change the font, say in the product description section. I then save this come out of it and when i go back into the edit mode my font has then changed back to the original without me doing so.

A more minor issue is that the image sizes do not seem to change, so my featured shop images are slightly different. its not major but it doesn’t look great.

My last issue is that the plugin doesn’t seem to like paragraphs. So although there is a paragraph in the edit page, when this is live and online. the paragraphs wont show up. So I then tried coding in paragraphs in the edit page, however this goes the same way as the change of font. So my first save will be fine, then if I want to edit again, it will then put everything back to default, and my coding for paragraphs will be lost.

I hope I have explained this better.

Hi @wpgateways, thanks for your reply. I am pretty sure my credentials are correct as I have re done them a few times now, whether I click the Enable/Disable Sandbox button, this does not make a difference and still is coming up with the same error message. I must say I am slightly confused about the live and sandbox options, as I am quite a beginner.
