RESOLVED!!
I installed the plugin FONT AWESOME and that restored the icons.

@maykato I disabled all plugins and reactivated but that did not solve the issue.

It only happened when I updated the storefront theme…is there a way to go back to an old version of storefront? Not sure what else to try.

Sorry, it takes me a looooong while to get back to things when other things are pressing me :0

What I really need is an email plug in that registers directly into the wordpress dashboard users. This plug in does not do this. Any suggestions?
