Thank you Mark, I tried again and yes, now I get the file wordpress-4-5.2.zip instead of the one I was getting before: latest.zip

I am having the same problem. WordPress 3.8.1

Problem went away after disabling all other plugins and then enabling them.
Do not have a good feeling about this, makes me think it could break again at any time…

Yes, the problem happens all the time I try to save this particular table. The table in question is a ‘big’ table that also gives me other problems with the plugin: headers, search, sort and pagination missing from the table.

Problem can be fixed by incrementing the new max_input_var entry that is in the php.ini file (after php version 5.4.x) In my case had to increment the number from 1000 to 5000.
But, after reading an article about hash collision vulnerability, I am not sure this is a good idea…
To error in the safe side, max_input_var is now back to 1000…

Only one thing, a new form I had created after the plugin was updated was not displayed in the dashboard, even thought it is still in the wp_posts table. I do not care about this because it was just a test form, but FYI.

After implementing your fix, I created a new form and it works fine.

How was this topic resolved?
I updated to wordpress v3.4.1 and contact form 7 to v 3.2. My contact forms are in the db in the contact_form_7 table but they do not show up in the dashboard -> contact
