so after the popup payment process completes, will it come back to the checkout page and after that, the form will submit? and will show error if any?

It actually bypasses the woocommerce validation, I created some fields and validated them through woocommerce, those fields are required, so when I use some other payment method, it does not complete the order until the fields are filled. but in your plugin case, it skips the validation, and even without checking terms and conditions, it goes to the payment page.

Not only the terms and condition it actually it ignore any required field and go to payment page.
