Can you please confirm if you are able to send emails without selecting any of the reCAPTCHA integrations? Are you receiving email notifications?

If you are, there may be a conflict between the Contact Form 7 reCAPTCHA and the WordPress mail trigger function. To resolve this, you can try setting up Mail SMTP. You can use your Gmail account to configure a free SMTP setup, which will ensure you receive emails.

Hey there!

I have faced the same issue yesterday.

I have installed wordpress 5.9 and theme was twenty twenty two.

Solution:
The menu issue caused because of wordpress version (5.9) because not all the themes and plugin are compatible with wordpress 5.9. so before updating wordpress make sure you update your themes and plugin first and then you should update your wordpress.

so in your case I suggest you to downgrade your wordpress version.

Downgrade wordpress version using: WPDowngrade plugin

Tutorial: downgrade wp version

Note: Please take a backup before downgrading wordpress.
