We checked the verification email with the woodmart theme but we can’t replicate any issue with it.
Maybe you have a conflict with somer another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the CEV and WooCommerce and check again.

You will need to select the Verification Code in new account email option, so the verification message, code and link will be added in New Account Emails.
