You need to select both color & size for the appropriate mockup to show. It didn’t work before with hoodies. But now it does.
I reached out to Printful support directly – it appeared the issue was not WooCommerce related. During product creation on Printful side, the system was failing to attach mockups to all product variations, and it was only with one specific type of a hoodie mockup.

As of today, the issue is fixed. Thank you for your reply.

Yes, it did force me. In a funny way, but it did. I was under impression that once I review the plugin, the pop up message asking me to review will disappear, but unfortunately it keeps popping up even after I reviewed the plugin. Annoying…

I tried to just close it.
The pop up re-appears every time once the page is being reloaded.
Even though I already reviewed the plugin – it just keeps re-appearing which is annoying.

It didn’t help. I switched to Twenty Twenty and created a test page (https://www.trimnest.com/test/) and placed the short code directly to the page.
In Twenty Twenty it’s even worse – the horizontal preset shows up in two lines on desktop, mobile & tablet. See the screenshot: https://snipboard.io/sQyW3x.jpg
