Thanks! that worked.
Now when the popup is opened (after clicking the button) it takes a really long time for the form to become visible, around 7-10 seconds.
Is there something I can do about it?

I’m using Incognito yet I see on some pages the Hostgator Favicon.I cleared all cache on my site and still see it.

I’m sorry but this is one of the worst customer experience I’ve had with a plugin so far!
Bought this plugin for Black Friday (which is gone) and Cyber Monday (halfway gone).Really poor experience.

Now that I do get an answer I need to contact support via email again??
