There is already another site hosted in the root folder. I guess I could flip-flop them, but for a few reasons I’d prefer to find a different solution. Besides, I am not sure that would do the trick.

I read something about altering the htaccess file. That is something I know little about. Could that do the trick? If so, how do I go about doing it?

Any other solutions out there?

Anyway, do you have any suggestions on books or sites that will help me get up to speed on all of this quick. I am brand new to the php/wordpress world, but determined to become a pro.
