I have the same problem. I find an error in the file recaptcha.php line 327 in the function validate_recaptcha_response_wpmu. Replace $_SERVER[‘REMOTEADDR] By $_SERVER[‘REMOTE_ADDR’]. It resolves the “For security reasons … ” error.
I’m searching for the problem of settings not saved.
