Ok so I figured out one step where I was messing up.

To add “Users” you need to use the “Import from WordPress” option.

I have done that now.

Now when I add a new shift I click the location (Bar, Watress, etc)
Select the time.
Break if needed.
Make sure the Date is correct.
Click proceed.
On the new page…..
I select my staff.
Make sure the status is ACTIVE
Leave “skip notification email” unchecked and
Click on the box, Add New Shift

Shows up in the calendar but no email is being sent.

This is being created on a test website for a potential customer. If I can not get it working then I can not try and see the plugin to the client.

Where exactly is a location to enter their emails? I see nothing under the plug in.

this is the updated code that I have on there. </img> was mistakenly placed in there.

Still no change.

Sorted it out and got it fixed it was under one of the customized menus for the page.

Thanks for the reply however that does not seem to be an issue. That box is checked. You can leave comments on pages but not on individual post

@alchymyth thanks for the reply…..looked breifly through the topics and did not find anything workable. Will check into you “b” and see if I can get that to work!

Any other ideas, more specific guided help?

I just dumped it off the server and started fresh. Thanks anyway! Be nice if someone came up with an idea but if not I done with it, Hopefully it will not occur again.

has anything to do with the issue but I can not even access the admin log on page.

I am at a total loss. Since I do not have much time invested into it I might just delete WP off the server, reinstall and go from there.

Yuck but I wanna get moving.
