hi so im still geting the emails and i think i know why i just opend the front end WP2fa page from the page edit and i saw this on the page

2 i got it after about a week of it working on my site

3 yes its still active and seems to be working

4 no im not sure if it was anything specific i have been having problems with the frontend wp2fa page for users and the mailing system not sending mail to some users.

5 this was the only mail i got no other so far

after working thro my plugins deactivating them 1 by 1 i got a posative outcome after i deactivated gutenburg

now every thing is working as expected

I tried the steps you suggested and still no change with the form

my BitForm version is 2.8.0 and I cleared both the cache on my WP site (wordpress.com hosting) as well as the browser (chrome).
