Is there an update on this fix yet? I have the same issue and not sure how to fix it. I have contacted pro support as I have pro version but had no reply.

I’m not sure how to apply the temporary fix, do I need to copy class-email-page-template.php to my child theme? e.g. Child Theme/sensei/includes/internal/emails/class-email-page-template.php

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve had a look at the documentation which doesn’t say anything about remapping fields on import. I think I’d need this functionality so wp all import/export might be a better fit? That being said I’m not even sure if I can export the data into anything other than a mysql dump. I could write a script to format the data and structure so it fits with Woocommerce so it would be of interest to know what tables I would need to insert into to create orders. If you could please advise that would be awesome!

Thank you I resolved the issue now. It was due to sub domain name missing DNS entries. This is resolved now. Thanks for getting back to me and thanks for making an awesome plugin!

Steps 1-8 did it.
When I initially tried to connect to Instagram I didn’t logout/in of Instagram account. Doing so seemed to fix it.

There are no fail logs in Stripe. I spoke with Stripe support and they say it’s not getting far enough to even be logged.

I do have woocommerce logs though if that’s any good?
I don’t think the woocommerce logs are showing failures either. :S

On closer inspection there is a conflict with Senesi Version 3.8.0 and Yoast SEO plugin Version 15.8. I hope this gets fixed because I want to use both plugins. Thanks

If I can update this ticket… As well as the above issue on checkout page, if the Paypal checkout button is enabled on single products the customer can login to PP or enters debit/credit card by clicking the button. After the Paypal process they are returned to the page where the shipping address is displayed. The problem is that they can’t complete the sale because of another error saying no shipping address even though the shipping address is actually on display on the page (pick up by Paypal).

I’m trying to understand how this works because for non-virtual products it seems it’s impossible to use Paypal checkout on single products.

Sorry my bad. I didn’t realise Paypal standard had to be disabled for it to work on checkout page.
