I uploaded the csv file through phpmyadmin and it puts it a separated table, but it doesn’t load on neither in the map nor the store listings.can i know how to make it loaded?

In reply to: [WP Store Locator] embed the store locator, is it possible?i followed those instructions in that topic, i put that js code in the header, and i put the form in sidebar i put the corrected code that eddt member posted because i have same problem of ‘null’ with the first code. it works but when i submit it redirects to destinated page, it shows no results, it says no results found, and keeps reloading none stop.
Note: im testing the plugin at localhost.

i put that code in the header, and i put the input form code into a widget, but doesn’t function.

more details, that i shared manytimes on facebook but the counter doesn’t counting it stuck at 0 , i waited for cache expire but nothing happened
