Some more reasoning would be if a user sends a leave request and would later like to change or cancel, it would be very useful to cancel and delete, rather than only being able to “reject” (in order to mark it as being cancelled), as there would be multiple HR Managers and real rejected requests and cancelled requests would be indiscernible.
