I have the exact same problem. And from searching the Internet it seems this is not uncommon. Before I have to look for an alternative for my popup needs, What can be done to stop the triger settings from reseting to default?

The theme is a tailored one and I use a multitude of plugins, too long to list.

The issue is this has started happening only recently after changing domain name. Before it worked perfectly. We also have other forms on the site that work flawlessly. It seems the issue only occurs when instead of sending a mail the data is passed to Constant Contacts(CC).

I tried adding mail parameters and then the error disappeared but data was not sent to CC.

Sorry, thank you for replying. i missed your reply as it went to my spam folder.

The page is https://nerivio.com/get-nerivio/. The form at the bottom of the fold.

I implemented a workaround so as to avoid repeated resubmissions by changing error text and error message border color, but if you submit the form you will be able to see in the console that the form submission is in failed status although mail is sent and data is received by Constant contacts.

Any idea what could be happening here?
