OK I bought the plugin and yes it works as it should. The title remains.

I have installed this so non-technical users can make minor edits to a dual language website, so it’s a good solution for what I need.

Just a couple of suggestions, if I may:

If you could make the formatting icons float down when scrolling on a long page, because they’re only visible right at the top.

I can’t seem to edit the title of pages or posts.

Other than that, great plugin. I’ve yet to see how it effects save versions of posts and pages, with regard to backup or roll back.

Whelp, it’s official. I’m an idiot.

The ‘featured’ (‘cecha’) posts in polish weren’t showing up because I hadn’t translated them. I’d been distracted and hadn’t realised I did not finish creating polish versions of my English posts.

My featured posts in Polish did not show up in the polish featured posts because they did not yet exist.

Still, it’s educational to read all about polylang, option tree, language .po and .mo files, POedit.

But gosh does it ever feel like a waste of time?

hold that thought, I might have this solved, I found a similar thread. Will update here shortly.

WPyogi, thanks that fixed my problem, mostly. I’d like to move the headerleft text up a bit, to center it vertically, and have tried but can’t get it to work.

It’s at least functional now, but if you have another chance, I’ll send you more of these.
