seems like a problem local to South Africa – they just can’t seem to see https://just-energy.org but can see a sub page.

I’m really struggling with this. Can anyone suggest how to fix this problem please?

i asked them to clear their browser cache and they did this but say the problem still exists in firefox and safari…

is there any reason why the homepage won’t show for some users and will for others? it doesn’t seem to be a browser pc/mac problem.

is there a method to re-load the site?

thanks for the swift reply. i have done this for the pages already (i have quite a few of them…) but the page displays with ‘Comments are closed.’

<!-- <?php comments_template(); ?> --> was the only way i could see to remove them. that’s what got me thinking about using a template for posts. i’m kicking myself i chose an overly simple theme to edit as it looks like a lot of themes have a separate single.php file that they use.
