Hello. This solved the issue for me. It’s pointed to me after a support ticket. https://snapcreek.com/duplicator/docs/faqs-tech/#faq-installer-150-q
The problem was a conflict with Wordfence which was installed on the top WP installation which the site I was trying to migrate was under.
