With Posts, there is an attribute column for categories that can eb set. I don’t see that for Pages.

How can wp_list_cats help? How would I use it.

I know this is not helpfull to resolving your problem, but it works for me

my apologies to cregy. I have been running his adhesive plugin for quite a while and when I upgraded to 1.5 everything worked seemlesly … and I forgot I was running a plugin. doh!

This is really funny. We’ve got someone discussing the design of his blog, and the focus on advertising design, and at the same time advertising … hehe this is really funny. I am almost tempted to suggest this was not a serious discussion but an attempt to get some airtime.

Or if you’re running your own email server install tmda (tagged message delivery system) I’ve been using it for years. It’s an open source project which does all the whitelist, blacklist , confirmation, and a billion other features.

regarding the nightly CVS upgrade. Here’s my experience (repeated):

– overwriting the current install usually causes problems of
a wierd nature
– install base in a clean directory, move the wp-contents/
& other custom and the wp-config.php file to the fresh
install. Works every time.
