I also get the same issue there, regardless if you set it as a required field it does not work.
I hope the plugin author responds to you, I am marking it as not working.

https://ithemes.com/forum/Sorry I wont be able to help there, just remember to undo the rename of that plugin.
Did you not maybe use a plugin that renamed the WordPress login url?
Log into Cpanel.
Go to Files Folder
Go to public or www folderOpen / Click on WP-Content folder
Then look for plugins folder, inside plugins folder look for this plugin and (right click) rename it by adding anything in front of the name.

Hello, if you can access the Cpanel and rename the plugin you should be able to get back into WordPress Dasboard.
Then try WordFence for Security ??
