If you’d have replied with “thanks, we’re able to reproduce and we’re working on it – here is the link to our ticket” i might still have considered using your plugin.
But this way it leaves me with little trust in your commitment and your processes. (In addition to the already low trust in your code quality). No offense, just feeding back my views. Good luck with your software ??
