I’m the main developer of CJT and ECM Plugin as well.
We really studded this too much.
The simple answer is NO, you’re wrong
What do you say would be right in case of removing or deprecating CJT.
CJT Plugin still there and supported for wordpress compatibility, you can sill use it but don’t expect any other new features.

In reply to: [WP Config File Editor] Excellent Tool for DevelopersI appreciate your words
Glad you find it helpful
Thank you!
Hello,
1. Go to WPCF Editor menu page
2. From the top Menu, select Tools -> System Check
3. On “writable wp-config.php file” row click Turn On
4. If step #4 is done successful then please close tools popup and try to save wp-config.php file againIf you still have the same issue then you need to allow write permission on wp-config.php file, this is can be either done from CPane or Shell Access. This would need some technique knowledge
Thanks

In reply to: [WP Config File Editor] Unable to Login to WP AdminEven if you find the Restore link Message you will get Backup is expired.
Backup is expired after 1 hour and you send me this message from about 6 hours!
Do you’ve FTP Access to the site?
If you do have FTP access to the site I can tell you how to revert the SSL values in wp-config.php
I’m sorry about that!
I will release another version to allow Backup to be alive for 48 hours

In reply to: [WP Config File Editor] Unable to Login to WP AdminHello,
Disabling the Plugin won’t help as the Plugin already dump the new configuration into wp-config.php file
The Plugin is sending Restore link to the user who modified wp-config.php file
Please check out the email associated with the WordPress user you used to modify wp-config.php file, also please look on the JUNK folder. The email message should be restore wp-config.php file to the values just before the save
Please let me know if you still have problem opening the site
Thanks
