This plugin uses time information from the local pc the page is viewed or server the page is hosted, so you need to check your server for daylight saving time update.

I have just try out our widget on WP 3.4.2 with Easel Version 3.2.1 and it worked perfectly.

Try disabling plugins you are using, maybe there is a conflict.
Try undo all changes you have made to original Easel theme

We didn’t added this function (display clocks with shortcode in the page) yet, but we will add it in future releases.

But for now you can visit our website https://www.xorbin.com/widgets/analog-flash-clock and download stand-alone widget. You can add it as customizable flash movie using javascript and html, you will find example codes, demos and tutorial as well.
