Did what you suggested, but did not work. I also had to disable the plugin Ultimate Member – reCAPTCHA to get it working again. So the reason seems to be the UM environment and should have been solved by now.

Every time again and again. And then it works for a couple of users (I have 3000) and then someone complains about this error on the same days. And I already disconnected Ultimate member Online and Ultimate Member reCaptcha, but all with no result? What else can I do..?

After your investigation I found out that the software from the payment intermedia Leisure King was the reason of the failures on my site. Disabling their payment window solved the problem.

Volgende dag ook niet teruggebeld door MyParcel. Zelf maar weer gebeld en toen bleek dat mijn vraag niet was terug te vinden. Het probleem was dat ik in WooCommerce de velden gebruik van WooCommerce en NIET van MyParcel. En mijn klant had het huisnummer vermeld in het tweede adresveld en dat mag blijkbaar niet. Dan kun je niet meer exporteren naar MyParcel.

Zowel Straatnaam als Huisnummer moeten in hetzelfde veld staan, of je moet gebruik maken vande MyParcel velden in WooCommerce. Handig als er een andere melding zou komen dan ‘Onbekende fout’ met een indicatie van het probleem en de oplossing. Of een verwijzing naar de site van MyParcel waar dat netjes wordt uitgelegd….

Scheelt twee dagen wachten en een hoop irritatie.

Had vandaag (3 maanden later) hetzelfde probleem. Tijdens telefoongesprek met MyParcel niet opgelost. Zou teruggebeld worden maar is (nog) niet gebeurd. Wat was de reden van dit blijkbaar bekende probleem en wat was de oplossing..?

Hi, I informed the people from Battle Suit and they want to have your plugin to test it with their software… Could you please provide them with your plugins, both free and Pro?

I found out that the reason is the plugin ‘Battle Suit for Divi’. When I deactivate this plugin, the problem is solved for the Divi Enhancer. Not for Battle Suit for Divi…

Any tips to use both..?

And another remark: The mail was sent to the autor of the Post. But I still had to moderate the comment first. So when the author follows the link, there will be no comment visible yet.

I added this information to the mail in a P.S., so people might understand.
But maybe in a next release you can link the sending to the moderation moment?

Thanks for your reply. In the meantime I have also been searching for the solution. It works now after I read somewhere on the web in your documentation:
“In order to use this notification correctly, you need to un-tick ‘Email me whenever anyone posts a comment’ and ‘A comment is held for moderation’ under Settings > Discussion in the WordPress Admin.”

And now it seams to work.. So one issue is solved.

But this information some nearer to the checkbox might be helpfull (for me).. ??

I tried this, but it did not work with me.

Questions:
– What do you mean by the Author? The WordPress Role Author or just the person who wrote the original Message (author)?
– In the Help of Send to Author (?) is stated:
“E.g. If you want a new comment notification to go to the author of the post that was commented on, tick this box. Doing so will hide the “Send To” box below.”

But doing so the “Send To” box will not hide. I have to enter a Role there (admin) and the notice is send to the Admin only.

I would like to know how the plugin works before I buy, but nobody seems to care?

I cannot send my question to the plugin makers, if I do not have a full payed license. But I will not pay if the plugin does not work like I expect it to do.
