How can i show image only for the last post?

  • Didn’t find a way to do it.
    I need it as following:
    – homepage: i want only the picture of the last post be shown
    – single article: each article show its image

    Any suggestion? Thanks you all

  • If you want only one picture to show on the front page, and that picture is in your post like a photoblog, then go into Admin > Options > Reading and change the Show the most recent: to 1. You will then only see one post with whatever you put in it on your front page.

    When someone clicks on the title of your post, then they will see whatever image you have already put in your post.

    Is this what you want?

    I have something sort of similar on my site, but I use a specific image with excerpts, but it does the same technique if you want to see another similar method. I needed more than one post on the front page, though.
