Located at:

Line 185, 193 of pluggable.php.

I also noticed that there might some additional hardcoded messages!

Please DO NOT hardcode messages or You will ruin this software!

I wish to thank you – Ishbir for posting this fix as I was trying so hard to find a solution for this.

Strange thing is, it only happened to my local copy and does not on the production server.
