Yes, the support is existing but even worse they don’t bother to resolve any issue with THEIR OWN PAID product.Look at this:

They never even bothered to see my ticket on their paid site for 28 days.I tried to reach the here but with no avail.So whoever is going to pay for this plugin consider this:if you run into some problem you are on your own and believe me you will run into issues all the time.When the plug runs properly it does a great job.I paid 3 years till now but its almost a year that i’m unable to use it, basically trowing my money on the wind.Be careful guys.
