This bug is theme specific so I am marking it as resolved from my side.

In Settings -> Easy Related Posts unmark option Activate Plugin. This option disables plugin in main content area.

1. File [wp-root]/wp-content/plugins/easy-related-posts/front/views/widget/BasicList/basic.php line 27 now reads
   <li class="row"
   change that to
   <li
2. There isn’t a rel tag in latest release

Actualy ERP has post types filters but at the moment they don’t work as the intented to. This is a high priority bug and I am trying to fix it before next update.

I’m sorry but currently no plugin theme can be modified to match the displayed result.

We’ll consider adding a similar theme in an upcomming update.

Since last update if no featured image is set ERP generates thumbnail from the first image found in post content.

Are you sure this is ERP?
Disable plugins one at a time and confirm this isn’t some kind of conflict.
A link or a screenshot will be helpfull too.

Have you tried disabling other plugins to check if this is caused by another plugin?

Is this happening only with ERP?The only reason this could happen is when you don’t have the appropriate rights to edit WP setings. Please check that you are logged in with an admin account.

It seems image is too small as I already said. Try to set it to 175×175
