In reply to: [SimplyBlack] Failure during WP 5.3 Updatehi,

I am getting errors for missing files, then i upload them from the new release but again i get the missing file message.
Now i have uploaded the class-custom-image-header.php file in the wp-includes directory but still getWarning: require_once(/home/solomo25/public_html/blog/wp-admin/includes/class-custom-image-header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/solomo25/public_html/blog/wp-includes/theme.php on line 2635

There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.hi,
can you please explain how your answer justifies the fact that i ended up with a broken eshop?
To answer: i didnt have time to wait for some support since it was a next day launch so i had to move fast: I had to fully restore backup of the website. You should provide a safe optimiation option in case the Plugin doesnt work. I think you provide this in the Premium version that has a free trial period but still i am not sure anybody can trust a Plugin that can crash their website and then trust their recovery tool.
I trusted the plugin since it is so well known but like said it has already happened twice.

In reply to: [EDD Google Analytics Universal Ecommerce] not workinghi,
thanks for the very quick reply.
after some tests i managed to see the above code only after deactivating wp Super Cache.
i tried to exclude the purchase confirmation page from the caching but it is working only if the super cache plugin is not enabled (not deleted or deactivated).
is there a known conflict between them and how could i continue using the super cache plugin since i need it?thanks

In reply to: [EDD Google Analytics Universal Ecommerce] not workinghi,
the ecommerce feature is enabled.i receive the error in my checkout page:
Failed to clear temp storage: It was determined that certain files are unsafe for access within a Web application, or that too many calls are being made on file resources. SecurityError
i can see my google analytics tracking code on the bottom of my page creating a ga object
in my Network panel i can’t see sth relevant to the plugin. what should i look for?
Is the plugin’s Javascript code actually embedded within the main page HTML of the Checkout Confirmation page?
what is the kind of code the plugin inserts inside my checkout confirmation page?
thanks
hi,
i finally managed to resolve the problem.
the issue was that i tried to install the duplicate site in a subfolder of another cpanel account.
there has been no way that this could work so i had to create a new account and install everything on the root of the new account.
this worked like a charm :O)
if you can provide info on how to install on a sub folder would be usefull for other users.
thanks for the great extension.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP-Members Membership Plugin] no fail login messagehi,
yes i see your comment about the string.
1.we dont have the Profile Builder plugin installed.we never had it installed
2.the same login form works fine the second time. the second time you fill in the form you get the correct message…
you could give it a try and check: https://dehumaniser.com/login/you should give : correct username + wrong password.
so you should give as username: contributor
and as password: whateveryoulikethe 1st time it gives you the strange error url.
the second time, with the same credentials, it works fine and you get the :
Login Failed!
You entered an invalid username or password.message.
hope this makes it clear.
thanks for the supportForum: Plugins
