As you mentioned, I use the Hueman Child theme, and copied the files sidebar.php and sidebar-2.php from the latest version of the Hueman theme to the Child theme.
That is all ??

Maybe I did not explain very well.

Before installation of the plugin, everything was visible in the backend.
After installation of the plugin, I did not exclude pages, but pages are not visible in the backend, when I login as a “user” (non admin). When I login as “admin” then everything is visible in the backend.

After uninstall pages are still invisible for a “user” (non admin).

Solved it by creating a new category “featured” and using that in the Theme Options.
