  • I’m having the same/very similar issue, but can’t find a solution.

I’m using FFMPEG, and I’m uploading a 1080p video and using the following encoding formats:

? Replace Original with [same resolution H.264]
    ? 480p H.264
    ? WEBM VP8

and I never see a gear icon to select between the full 1080 and the 480 formats, neither in video.js, or the mediaelements player.

    Any suggestions?

I’m having the same problem, on 3.1.2. I only get this part of the error:

ERROR: Could not generate a WordPress export file.

    Version/Server info:

[INFO] BackWPup version 3.1.2; A project of Inpsyde GmbH

I’ve tried adjusting the execution time from 0, to 30, 45, 90, 100 … nothing helps. Any other ideas?
