personal server in home office. I holding off on the manual update.

The dashboard update failed for this update. Looks like a permissions issue. Using a generic install on CentOS. Dash reported; could not copy file to a directory. Error 500 for all pages. Phpmyadmin still working. Working on manual install of update.
