It should be right between Parent and Order. Perhaps your theme only has one template? You could try to switch themes.

Principle should be the same. You select a template at the bottom of the “Write” screen.

Thanks. But HPC breaks my site. Activating it, I get:

Which I’m not really sure what to do with…
