That was it. Thank you so very much. I’ve disabled that specific option and all is well. I appreciate your help in tracking that down. Thank you!
I looked into the Otter settings but none seemed to meet the above suggestion. I tried the one that was remotely close, but it did not have the desired effect. Might I be able to disable it from the Siteground side though?
Here are the options from Otter:
Enable Custom CSS Module [Custom CSS module allows to add custom CSS to each block in Block Editor] N/A
Enable Blocks Animation Module [Blocks Animation module allows to add CSS animations to each block in Block Editor] N/A
Enable Visibility Condition Module [Blocks Conditions module allows to hide/display blocks to your users based on selected conditions] N/A
Make Section your default block for Pages [Every time you create a new page, Section block will be appended there by default] N/A
Optimize Animations CSS [Only load CSS for the animations that are used on the page. We recommend you to regenerate styles after you toggle this option] Tried
Enable Rich Schema [Control if you want to show rich schema in Product Review Block] N/AOK, thanks for the suggestion, I’ll try that.
On the page https://woventechnologies.com/temp2/, the top font referenced as “The is Abril Fatface font” does not look like it should. If you compare to the home page, where “We Solve Problems” text is shown – that is what the font is supposed to look like. It does not render when 2 or more Advanced Heading blocks are implemented as shown on the temp2 page. If I disable SG Opimizer, they do render properly.
I will try updating the Otter menu option as you have suggested and will post the results. I appreciate the help and quick response – thank you!
That was it! Thank you for your help and apologies for not recognizing that potential conflict. I very much appreciate your help. Will contact Siteground and let them know of the conflict.
Hey Hardeep,
Here’s the list of active plugins on the site:
Gravity Forms, Siteground Central, Siteground OPtimizer, OtterThats it. So none of them are font related – except the Advanced Heading block within Otter.

Apologies! I believe the permissions are changed now. Let me know if you continue to have trouble viewing them. Thanks.
I’m sorry I did not notice that option before.

Happy to do this, but not seeing an option to export. When the block is chosen, the only options that show are “Show Onboarding Modal”, “Global Defaults”, “Help Us Improve Otter Blocks”. Checked various other areas and settings but did not see an option to export anywhere. If you have more information you can share, I will look elsewhere.
Hoping these work well enough.

Thanks for getting back to me! What is the preferred way to share screenshots. I’m happy to get those to you right away.
Thanks again!

In reply to: Font Issue Home page specificUpdate:
Narrowed down the problem but still need a resolution.
It’s not about it being on the Home page. Instead, the problem happens when a second Advanced Heading block is present on the page, and the second Advanced Heading block uses a different font, In that case, the chosen fonts do not render properly.
I have changed the front page to render with just one Advanced Heading font and used regular heading fonts elsewhere instead as a workaround. So it’s no longer a good example.
Now, I have created a new page to show the issue. Please use this link instead:
https://woventechnologies.com/temp2/The Advanced Heading block is provided by Otter Blocks, and I have also contacted their support to find a resolution.
Determined the source – but still need a resolution. If a second Advanced Heading block with a different font is used on the same page, the chosen fonts do not work.

Please advise.

In reply to: Font Issue Home page specificGreat follow up – thanks!
Switched the About page to be the front page, and no issues – font renders as expected.
Cleared cache. Tried private browsing mode. Tried other browsers.
Neve does not appear to have a specific template for Home page.
I switched to the twenty twenty-two default them, and the issue exists there as well.
The font is provided through a plugin – OtterBlocks. I may try reaching them as well.
Seems like it an issue with how the Home page is built specifically. I may try to rebuild it and see if I get the same issue.
I’m going to have to find another plugin as I prefer the menu to still show without having to scroll, so with a couple issues, I’m going to move on.
I can see that it does show on some pages, specifically the one that was created most recently (today). I did not specifically use Gutenberg editor. Sorry I wish I could be more helpful!
