Thank you so much Ray! That helps a lot. I appreciate your quick answer and will let you know if I have more questions. ??
Thanks! I got around it by deactivating the other plugin, adding another, and making a few adjustments.
Everything was working fine until I upgraded AAM. After upgrading, users had no access to dashboard.
Wouldn’t work until I disabled the GeoDirectory which we also need.
Can I get an earlier version of the plugin?
Thanks.
One last question. I reinstalled the older version of WordPress and all the content did come back. So you were right about that! When I go to log in, or go to the dashboard however, WordPress gives me a notice that “Database Update REquired”.
After all this, I’m hesitant to update the database for fear that the same thing will happen.
My question is, Is the jQuery part of this problem in the database or just the theme files??
I’d like to be able to get to the dashboard, but don’t want to go through this again…
Thank you.
Okay, I’m reinstalling the older version of WordPress until I can talk with theme support. Hopefully that will get the site back up!
Thank you for your help.
I updated a couple of other plugins yes, not all Updraft Backup and Restore, updated WordPress version to 4.5 and updated one of the wordpress themes.
Okay now I’m officially panicking. Backup for this site was a few weeks ago, tons since then. If I restore the backup files would this site return to normal or is this issue at the server level?
Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thank you!
HELP!!!
Everything was fine until I set up the firewall.
Here’s what wp-config.php says:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);No just did that. All is the same
Are there any other files that would be affected by this update?
No, everything still missing. Only header and some artwork show up.
