In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Has OTCE been abandoned? Thanks @petervandoorn it looks like we have both explored similar routes and come to the same conclusions. It is a real shame about this plugin.
@quadshot Thanks too for coming back to us. Unfortunately I’m in the same position as Peter in that “I don’t really have the in-depth know-how to fix the worst of the bugs” either.
I have successfully activated the Notification Bar. So this appears to only be affecting the Sales Notification feature.
I have deactivated all non-essential plugins but the problem remains. Please advise.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Has OTCE been abandoned? Thanks for the response @petervandoorn that is a real shame. Have you had any luck finding a suitable replacement. All I see at the moment as possible options are https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/ or https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Has OTCE been abandoned?Hi @petervandoorn did you ever get a response to this? I would also like to know if this plugin is abandoned. Lack of response on these support pages, no updates for 11 months now and several PHP errors and plugin conflicts seem to be creeping in. Would be great to have a straight answer from the developer, so we can move on if needed.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards] coupon code doesn’t existThanks for the quick response, this update has resolved the issue.
Is there a way to manually set the gift cards as “spent” to mitigate the impact of the error. We had to make some manual transactions, for the customers who wanted to use their gift cards in the interim and these are still showing as available to spend in their accounts.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards] The gift card has an invalid amountThanks for the quick response.
Yes the vouchers were existing and working before the upgrade.
After further investigation this turned out to be a local browser caching issue. So it might be worth alerting your users that they will need to clear all local cache after upgrading the plugin.
All looks good in the new version. Is there any plan to add an expiry limit (eg. 12 months) to the vouchers in a future release?

In reply to: [Site Reviews] site_reviews shortcode not workingThanks for your help with fixing this.
For reference and any others facing the same problem or similar, “the reviews are assigned to both a category and a page. There is a known bug with v3.5.* that will prevent rating counts from being calculated correctly when this is the case. Version 3.6.0 fixes this and will be released in a couple of weeks.”
Looking forward to V3.6.0 ??

In reply to: [Site Reviews] site_reviews shortcode not workingYes I am using the shortcodes in the editor. I have tried your suggestion but still the same problem
This works:
[site_reviews_summary assigned_to=post_id]
[site_reviews_summary assigned_to=123]
This does not work:
[site_reviews assigned_to=post_id]
[site_reviews assigned_to=123]

In reply to: [CoursePress Learning Management System] Correct Answer Crashes QuizThis remains unresolved. We have established that there is an issue with the plugin using a background image for the course completion certificates. When previewing the certificate with a custom background I get the error message below. I have tried both .png and .jpg files for the background. I am still waiting for a solution.
TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image

In reply to: [CoursePress Learning Management System] Correct Answer Crashes QuizThanks Kasia
I don’t think it is an error. I think I have something wrong in my course settings.
Can I communicate with you by direct message so I can send screenshot and provide more evidence/info?
