Yearly and lifetime plans do not include storage for backup files. Please connect your Cloud Storage account to save the backup files.

Thank you for posting a review, and we’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations.
The WPTC plugin is typically known for the slow first backup as it uses a different backup mechanism. All the files are uploaded directly to your cloud, so the first backup will take longer than other backup solutions.
However, the subsequent backups will be much faster since only the changed files will be uploaded.
As a result, the backups will be completed in a short period, and the storage space used for the backups would be very low compared to other backup solutions.Kindly give WPTC plugin another shot and wait until the first backup completes.

Thank you for your feedback.
I’m sorry that you were disappointed with our plugin backup speed. Usually, the first backup takes a long time to complete. You could close the browser tab after initiating the primary backups.
Once the first backup is completed, you will receive a notification email, and also, the subsequent backups will be pretty fast as the plugin backs up only the changes on your site.
Also, you can stop or start the backups anytime from your WPTC plugin backup settings page.Yes, right now, there is no option to delete your account from your end. We will bring possibilities to delete the account in the future.

Our plugin takes a long time to complete the first backup as it uploads every file and folder on your WordPress directory to the cloud storage you chose.

Unfortunately, the email didn’t get delivered with the below error.Mail couldn’t be delivered
Reason: [email protected]: xxx.5.7.1 Reject for policy reason RULE3_2. See https://postmaster.gandi.netWe have downgraded your plan to Freelancer and processed the refund by calculating the price difference. Check your PayPal account, and you should see the refund money immediately.
Since we downgraded the plan, the auto-renewal is disabled on your account. Kindly ensure that you purchase the Freelancer plan next year and reactivate the auto-renewals.

Thank you for reaching out to us here. Please do not truncate the wptc_processed_files table on your WordPress database. This table contains all the backup meta-data essential during the restore process.
Despite emptying the table, ensure that you have excluded all the unwanted files such as cache files, other backup plugin files, log files, etc on the WPTC plugins’ backup settings page before initiating the first backup on your site.You can delete and reinstall the WPTC plugin to initiate a fresh backup by excluding the files as mentioned earlier. But this will upload all the files and create duplicates on the cloud storage.
