update: layout problems may be fixed with the custom templates as shown in the faqs

Q: How the plugin can be well integrated with my theme?
A: NanoSupport has smart templating. You can find all its templates inside the /templates/ directory. To make your theme completely integrated with the plugin’s templates you can simply make a directory in your theme named nanosupport/ and can overrite the plugin’s templates with your custom one.

For the pagination I found that the number of entries in WP settings (reading section) is also the nbr of tickets to be displayed in the support desk.

And finally, the email notifications were sleeping in my gmail spam folder, so all looks to be working fine now.

well, Im not sure if it was 7.2 but was the previous version of the actual 7.3

I have a post with the foll shortcode format
[advanced_iframe securitykey=”mykey” src=”https://www.periscope.tv/username”%5D

was installed in a http wp site (not https), however it was working with the previous version, but not now after updated the plugin to v7.3

now i dont know if is something related to the http/https combo or just the new version, but since it was working till yesterday before updating I think it may still work with the previous version

is there any way to get the previous zip somewhere to test it?
