I second this request. I have been trying to troubleshoot a remedy for this myself but I think I’ll wait until you roll out the next update. Love your work man… well done and keep it up.

How was it solved for anyone who might have a similar issue?

OK, thanks for the reply. I’ll reinstall and scan it again. I love your plugin features so will be glad to be able to employ it on a few sites.

UPDATE: I posted the wrong syntax above, this is the correct code to add to your htaccess file if you have the same problem. I guess you could delete/change/add any other file type to the permission:

<Files ~ “.(xml|css|jpe?g|png|gif|js|eot|svg|ttf|woff)$”>
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
Allow from all
</Files>

Fix Found – I’m hosting with Vexxhost and support was kind enough to drill down and find the problem. They fixed it by adding the following code to the .htaccess file.

Order deny,allow
Deny from all
<Files ~ “.(xml|css|jpe?g|png|gif|js|eot|svg|ttf|woff)$”>
Allow from all
</Files>

Hope this helps anyone else with a similar issue.

Thanks for the comment Graimalkin. I tried your solution and it didn’t work for me. I’ve deactivated every plugin and still no luck. I’ve tried every combination of .htaccess from nothing to my usual, no luck.

I tried in Firefox, Chrome and IE… not working.

It might be on the server side settings as mentioned so I’ll work with my host to see if I can pin it down.

Hehe, I believe I’m the Bob you’re referring to (EpicFizz), and I meant every word in my review… love Customizr to death! I just picked up the Font Customizr plugin tonight because I wanted to update to a fresher font. The surprises keep coming… better than expected.

I love the Proxima Nova font, which seems to be the star font these days, but can’t justify the cost. Then a friend pointed out that Montserrat is a dead-ringer (and is in your font pack), so I was able to change out the site-wide fonts myself in a matter of minutes, versus paying someone to do the otherwise tedious labor.

I haven’t found a single thing I could complain about.

My site is brand new (hear the crickets) but I felt obliged to give back so the review was one of my first posts. I’ll be adding an update with side-by-side pics soon to show how much of a difference the Font Customizr really makes.

Hats off guys… there needs to be an industry award in it for you! Truly a revolutionary product all around in my opinion.
