What that tells me is there was a JavaScript error within Elementor with your specific site preventing the favorites link from working. Switching to the Sunshine theme removed this. If you want to use Elementor + Sunshine for your galleries, let me know – just make sure you enable favorites so I can see the error first hand and I can investigate further.
Have you enabled the error logs so we can see what is in there to give a clue as to what is not working?

I do not see the Favorites feature currently active on your site to see if there are any JavaScript errors that could be causing the issues.

I recommend enabling error logging: https://www.sunshinephotocart.com/docs/enabling-error-logging/
This will start adding any PHP errors to a log file which may give us clues as to what is not working properly.
Then I recommend temporarily disabling all non-Sunshine plugins and using a default WordPress theme and trying again. If it works when just Sunshine is active then we can conclude it is a conflict with something else. You can then enable things back one by one and testing after each. When it breaks, then you know which one is the cause of the conflict. This helps determine where the conflict is and we can then go from there. This is a valid point and I will look into it.
Just FYI: As a paid customer, you can submit a support ticket around the paid features like Packages as these forums are for help with the free version. A little confusing I know but just following the www.remarpro.com guidelines.
In your WordPress admin, go to Sunshine > Settings > General > Accounts
You have likely enabled the option “Disable sign up throughout Sunshine”. This disables the ability for users to sign up for a new account on your site.

I was able to reproduce the issue of the top cart + close button not being visible when adding items to cart. I will be adjusting the styles of this modal popup window to properly show that so it is more clear and it sticks in the top of the browser window at all times when in this view. It will be part of the next update release.

Sunshine does not have any integrations with 3rd party fulfillment providers at the moment. I am currently working on one with WHCC.
Go to Sunshine > Settings > Email. There are many emails here and you can customize who is to receive each one.
