If you go to Settings > Spam Hammer, is the issue fixed?

The only difference is that instead of requiring payment before you ever use it, I provide it completely unrestricted in features over a period you can comfortably use it and evaluate if it meets your needs.

I understand you’re seeing this PHP error and it’s causing a comment problem. Email [email protected], as support is not provided on these forums.

Spam Hammer 1.x (what you were running before) and the current version (2.x) are totally different plugins;

While technically it was an upgrade, what really happened under the hood was a removal of the previous version and installation of the new one, so it couldn’t have been active before

We found the problem; Spam Hammer should automatically activate your account when you activate the plugin.

In Kathy’s case, this didn’t happen due to an error in the plugin and she had to go to Dashboard > Spam Hammer and “Save” for her account to be activated.

The fix for this issue will be in the next version so when someone else activates, they will have a token made without having to save.

Thanks for taking the time to post a review. Jetpack is a cloud service so it’s physically impossible to integrate that with the plugin — if it wasn’t so I’d have already integrated it.

I wish it didn’t get points taken off for something I (literally) can’t fix because it’s not in my control. ??

I see. At this time, there isn’t much of anything we can do to fix this — Jetpack has a strange way of implementing the comment from separately into an iframe.

The problem is confirmed to be Jetpack and not the plugin so I’m marking as resolved
