You should have received that refund now, but I wanted to check if there’s anything else that I can help you with or if there are any remaining issues you need help with?

I do see from our logs that both emails were sent to your email address. We are aware that sometimes our emails get caught by some spam filters, even though we’ve done everything we can on our end to avoid this.
It’s possible that your email provider flagged these as spam and didn’t send the emails to your email inbox.

I’m sorry to hear that All in One SEO didn’t meet your expectations, and that you found it very complicated and confusing. We’re always open to feedback on how we can improve the plugin, and we work to make it as easy to use as possible with our Setup Wizard, beginners guides and videos.
With regard to our pricing and renewals, it does say on our site that the sale price applies to the first year only. I see that we sent you a renewal reminder email on August 30th that informed you the renewal price would be $249.00, and that this would be charged on your renewal date of September 13th.
I also see that we replied on September 16th to your refund request but didn’t receive a reply from you, which is why the refund wasn’t processed. We’ll process that refund today.
We always make every effort to remind customers about renewals, and we reply to customers whenever they contact us. Unfortunately, it seems that our emails weren’t reaching you for some reason.

We’re always looking to improve the user experience in All in One SEO and these screenshots with your feedback will be invaluable to us.
I can tell you that our product education screens and notices should never impact performance. The fact that you were seeing issues, tells me that this is caused by something else rather than our notifications. I’d like for our team to investigate this more and see if we can reproduce what you’re seeing here. So please do reach out to us via our Contact page.

You have multiple, duplicate Open Graph meta tags on that page. One set is coming from All in One SEO, the other set is coming from another plugin or your theme. To fix your issue, remove the second set of Open Graph meta tags from your site and re-scrape your content using Facebook’s Debug Tool here –?https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
