The issue you’re reporting doesn’t sound like it’s related to disabling WP_DEBUG.
WP_DEBUG should typically be disabled on live websites, as it’s only used when troubleshooting issues with WordPress, and it may output errors to the screen.

Thanks for your review! I’m really sorry for any confusion here.
There are recommended plugins that are only installed when they’ve been selected in the Setup Wizard.
There’s an option to install these plugins because they complement All in One SEO and help with the goals of optimizing sites for search engines.
If you don’t require these plugins, then you can safely deactivate and delete them and they’ll not be installed or activated again unless you run the Setup Wizard those plugins are selected again.

Our release of the SEO Email Reports feature is designed to provide helpful insights, but I completely understand that enabling it by default can create an unexpected burden. Your feedback about this feature is invaluable to us.
At this time, the feature can only be disabled by logging into your site(s) individually. However, I want to assure you that I’ve already communicated this to our Development team as we continue to explore improvements that provide better control and flexibility over new features.
In the meantime, if there’s anything specific I can do to support you through this process, please let me know. Your experience is very important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our plugin’s features.

I totally understand your frustration about having to enter a credit card. The reason why we request one is so that we can automatically upgrade you to a higher plan in case you reach your links quota, in order to prevent the service from being disrupted and working non-optimally.
In case users are auto-upgraded and did not want to upgrade, we happily refund them, no questions asked. Any credit card info that you submit when you sign up is stored in the most secure way by our payment partner, Stripe, not us, so we never have access to your payment info directly.

I do see from our logs that both emails were sent to your email address. We are aware that sometimes our emails get caught by some spam filters, even though we’ve done everything we can on our end to avoid this.
It’s possible that your email provider flagged these as spam and didn’t send the emails to your email inbox.
