1. For site logo, the theme is looking for this file https://www.ttcgelterkinden.ch/wp-content/uploads/wpsmart/TTC_Logo_NEU-mobile.jpg, so first thing I’d say to do is check your uploads/wpsmart directory, make sure that’s there and then make sure the image is inside the wpsmart directory and has the correction permissions.

2. Unfortunately the only way to get to work would be to do some custom CSS to make the iframes responsive and fit inside the device window, since right now they are set to fix widths that are bigger than the your phone screens.

We don’t have tablet support yet, but are currently working on it. We try not to have the current version of the plugin load on tablet devices (since there might be some styling issues as you pointed out), but seems like it loads on your device. Like I said, we’re working on tablet support and will hopefully have that in the near future ??

Sorry you didn’t like the plugin :/ However it seems like the reason why it still shows isn’t because of the plugin itself (since you said you even deleted the files), but it’s the result of your caching plugin that you’re using which is complicating things. I suggest clearing the cache manually within the caching plugin’s settings page.

Hmm, are you sure the plugin is currently installed and running on your site? I only ask because it doesn’t seem like the plugin is installed at all. If you go to the plugin’s settings page and click “preview” do you see a preview of the plugin in the window?

Are you using any type of caching plugins such as W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? If so, then this could be the root of your problem.

Could you show an example of this? Tried going to your site but it says it’s under construction :/

Also, where is the “view mobile optimized site” on my desktop coming from (when it’s not in mobile mode)? How can I remove this please?

Thank you for the informative post, yes there are definitely some issues when working with cache’ing plugins, unfortunately there’s nothing we can do on our end except do a better job of educating users on steps to take if they also have a cache plugin such as W3 Total Cache installed on their site.

As far as the Opera Mini issue, we will be taking a closer look into that to see what the issue is.

Thanks for the kind words and support of the plugin! As for the issue you’re having, that seems odd — if you have inserted images into the post body itself through the WordPress admin then they should appear in the article body within the plugin as well. Are you sure you are inserting images the way I’ve described above?

Unfortunately shortcodes from third-party plugins/themes are not supported by WPSmart Mobile, as it would be impossible to incorporate all the shortcodes that exist in the world.

To do this, create a new page in your wp-admin, then assign that as the custom front page in the WPSmart Mobile settings page in the wp-admin.
