Then if you can figure out to not get them removed when you add the post from the backend then it will also work when the post is submitted from our plugin because the post submitted from our plugin is not different than the post that is created in the WordPress Admin.

When we checked for the probable solution, then we stumbled upon this particular plugin which might solve your problem.

Thank you for writing to us. Yes those are removed through sanitization of the content. Can you please check if those are removed when you add it on the post content field while creating the post from the WordPress admin and let us know?

Thank you for writing to us. Currently that is not configurable from the plugin settings but you can modify one of our plugin files to add the delay as you had mentioned.

Please open one of our plugin file inside our plugin’s assets > js > fpsml-frontend.js and replace line number 308 and 309 with below block of code.

setTimeout(function () {
                                window.location = data.redirect_url;
                                exit;
                            }, 5000);

Please adjust 5000 into your desired number as per the delay you want. 5000 refers to 5 seconds of delay.

We will come up with this feature in the backend so that you won’t need to worry regarding updating the plugin.

Thank you for your quick reply and we do understand your frustration but we want to really assure you that we haven’t removed any of the available features. You can check all the changes logs along with the code of our plugin’s development from the link below.

Our plugin does have the PRO version but both Free and PRO version should work as how they are described and we haven’t removed any of the existing features.

Like how you have been using the WordPress from long time, we are also actively developing and giving support for our plugins from long time very much proactively . If you just have asked us in the support before posting this review then we would cleared any confusion or misunderstanding before hand. But still we would like to request you to give us a chance to clear any caused misunderstanding with our plugin’s missing features that you are saying were available some time ago but not available now.

Can you please explain to us using some screenshots or a video so that we can understand it a bit more clearly? Right now we are not even completely understanding what are the features that were available and now are not available.

It seems there is some misunderstanding with everything that you have mentioned in your review. We haven’t removed any features that is already available. May be there is some misconfigurations or any other issue due to which our plugin is not working properly as how it should? If you can describe your issue a bit more clearly with screenshots then may be we can help to debug the issue?

You can definitely check all our change logs and download and install our previous versions as well to test if you really feel that the plugin features has been removed.

Thank you for your reply. We checked again and our plugin’s floating side tab’s markup is available but is not visible because our plugin’s CSS is missing and the reason for this issue is most probably because of cache. Are you using any caching plugin? Can you please check once by clearing the site’s cache?

We confirmed this by adding some random URL parameters at the URL that you had provided us after which the floating side tab started showing like below.

Please check the screenshot below of tab being displayed when the page is not showing from cache.

That is also the reason behind the tab showing when you are logged in.

Thank you for writing to us. The reason for it just showing after logged in is because you might be checking the preview.

After you create a floating side tab, did you go the settings of sub menu of our plugin to configure that floating side tab menu for specific pages? If not then please go to the settings and choose the floating side for the specific pages as shown in the screenshot below. Please check the screenshot below for an easy reference.
