At first, thank you for choosing our plugin and service.
- The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch which one was the source for the issue.
- If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]
Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.
We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

At first, thank you for choosing our plugin and service.
To remove the product image from single product pages, please navigate to Dashboard > REA > Theme Builder and edit your “Product Single” template, on the edit page you just simply remove Product media widget from the page.

If you want to exclude the posts from the Post/Grid/Slider/Carousel widget, please the option of the widget to exclude the posts, please refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/2Bzl4I4w1azZ or you can tell the system which categories to display: https://prnt.sc/QlgFxaF3MrIN and posts which has that categories will be displayed on the feed only.
