If you enabled HTML page/post caching, reaction counts will be changed each time your page regenerated. We advice not to use HTML caching at all, which will make your post or page absolutely static.

We are always working to make our plugin better.

Actually, you should ask this plugin support for the issue. they must include all plugins css when combining. But unfortunatelly they don’t do that or you may have some setting issues.
