It seems like the issue is with the WooCommerce cart page. Please try the following steps:
1. Delete the existing cart page.
2. Create a new cart page and use the WooCommerce shortcode[woocommerce_cart]
to display the cart.
3. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced, and set the new page as your cart page.This should resolve the issue and display both the shop and course items in the cart correctly. Let me know if this works for you!

The custom editor buttons are not supported in the new course builder because it is a custom React-based application. Unfortunately, these features won’t work as they did in the previous version. However, you can still use the Legacy Mode if you want to access your custom editor buttons.
