Thank you for your quick reply. I know that several of our editors liked the WordPress dashboard feature. For a free plugin, we can’t complain, but that feature would be a welcome one!

Thank you for your quick response! Initially, nothing seemed wrong in the server error log, however the site in question is running an inordinate number of plugins. After running additional tests, it appears that the deactivation of this plugin may have only coincidentally appeared to fix the issue.

I had the same error and this fix worked for me also.

I haven’t been able to trace down what plugin could be interfering. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I’ll give you an update if I come across an answer.
